Will I receive a pair of special-edition shorts?

Yes! Our gift to our registered runners is a pair of special-edition SeaWheeze runner shorts. During registration, both women and men were able to select between two different styles (decisions, decisions). Please note that your size and style cannot be guaranteed.

Can I go into a lululemon store and switch the size?

No. Your special-edition runner shorts are exclusive to 2017 SeaWheeze Half Marathon runners… so exclusive that they aren’t available in our stores! We will be offering a shorts exchange on event weekend. Unwashed/unworn shorts with the tags still in place can be brought to the Shorts Exchange at the Package Pickup Party in the Vancouver Convention Centre on Friday, August 11. Keep in mind that your size and or preferred style can't be guaranteed, based on available inventory.

When will the shorts ship out?

Our goal is to have your shorts to you in plenty of time to start your spring training. Once we ship your shorts, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for them.

What are the styles of shorts this year?

Both women and men will have the choice between two styles this year. Check out the info on them here.

The shorts I registered for are not the ones I received?

Please reach out to us at support@seawheeze.com. We'll be happy to confirm which shorts you registered for and work with you to make sure you get the right pair.

I would like a different style/size of short. Can I exchange them?

Yes. Unworn shorts with the tags still attached can be brought to the Shorts Exchange at the Package Pickup Party in the Vancouver Convention Centre on Friday, August 11. Please note that size and or preferred style can't be guaranteed, based on available inventory.

I never received my shorts. What should I do?

The first thing to do is refer to the tracking number found in the email we sent when your shorts were shipped. This lets you track your package directly with FedEx! No luck there? Please contact our SeaWheeze support team at support@seawheeze.com or call our GEC at 1.866.412.5662.

My FedEx tracking number doesn't work. What should I do?

Can I change my short size and/or style once I have completed the online shorts selection?

We will be offering an exchange on event weekend. We will have a small number of each short style and size at the Shorts Exchange which will be available on a first come, first served basis. Tags must be on and shorts must be unworn.

I chose to "Pick Up" my shorts during the online shorts selection process. What do I need to know?

On SeaWheeze weekend, head to the Solutions Desk inside of the Package Pickup area at the Vancouver Convention Centre and provide them with your photo ID to pick up your shorts.

I chose to "Pick Up" my shorts during the online shorts selection process but want to have my friend pick them up for me, is that possible?

Yes! But, there’s a few things you’ll need to do first. You will need to fill out an authorization letter and provide this signed letter to the person picking up your runner shorts. This person will need to bring this signed letter, as well as your government issued photo ID and their own government issued photo ID (no photocopies or scans will be accepted!). The 2017 authorization letter will be released closer to race day. We just want to make sure no one else runs away with your shorts!

Can I get black if I don't like the patterns on the SeaWheeze shorts?
