If you registered before August 4, expect your medal to ship 8–10 weeks after the challenge is complete.

If you registered after August 4, expect your medal to ship 10–12 weeks after the challenge is complete.

This timeline is intentionally designed to reduce our waste footprint. We wait until SeaWheeze Virtual is over so we can place our medal order knowing we’re only making what we need.

Your official SeaWheeze finisher medal will be mailed to the address you provided at registration. The above timeline is our best estimate given what we know now. We may need to adjust depending on the impact of COVID-19 and any other events beyond our control.

Yes, you have until August 31 to log into your Race Roster account and change your address in “Account Settings”.

We will be sending reminder emails with important event updates and information—make sure you have opted in to receive emails from lululemon as well as Race Roster, and that both lululemon and Race Roster are on your “safe” list. You can also come back to this website or follow along on Twitter and Facebook to stay up to date.
