Fan Code of Conduct

• Use of foul, threatening, offensive, or abusive language or gestures.

• Discrimination, bullying, or hate that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group based on any prohibited ground protected under the Canadian Human Rights Act.

• Harassment, including unwelcome or hostile behaviour, physical contact, or sexual attention.

• Fighting or any other type of violence.

• Wearing or displaying clothing, signs, or banners that are offensive in nature.

• Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol, cannabis, or illegal substances.

• Throwing objects or interfering with the progress of the event.

• Possession of alcohol not purchased inside lululemon SeaWheeze Sunset Festival.

• Being a minor in possession of alcohol or providing alcohol to a minor.

• Possession of weapons, illegal substances, or other prohibited items.

• Smoking or vaping of any kind, including e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers, and cannabis, within the festival site.

• Unauthorized access to restricted areas, including breaches of perimeter fencing or gates.

• Any conduct deemed inappropriate by lululemon SeaWheeze Sunset Festival or that may negatively affect the safety, security, or enjoyment of the event.
