Preparing for SeaWheeze starts long before you hit the start line—and the right training plan can make all the difference. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Runna, our official training partner, to help you build confidence, strength, and momentum from your very first run to race day.
Whether you’re a first‑time half marathoner or looking to level up your performance, Runna’s expertly designed programs guide you step‑by‑step with personalized workouts, coaching support, and tools to keep you motivated along the way.
 
Enjoy 3 Months of Training
All registered SeaWheeze Half Marathon runners that opted-in will receive three months of complimentary access to Runna. This gives you a complete training window to prepare, peak, and glide into race week feeling strong.
- You’ll receive your unique access information via email in May.
- Simply follow the instructions in that message to activate your complimentary training period.

All runners who opted-in to training with Runna during the registration process will receive their 3-months of complimentary access in May (that’s 3 months ’til race day!). More information will land in inboxes in mid-February.
All registered runners can check the details of their registration, including whether they opted-in for the 3-month complimentary Runna training program, through their Race Roster dashboard.
If you forgot to opt-in during registration and want to do so later, you can also do this via your Race Roster dashboard.
