Course Map

Follow the SeaWheeze Half Marathon as runners make their way through downtown Vancouver, False Creek, Kitsilano, English Bay, Stanley Park, and Coal Harbour before returning to the finish line celebration at Jack Poole Plaza.

Plan Your Viewing Spots

Review the course map before race day to identify where you’d like to cheer. Many spectators choose multiple viewing locations throughout the morning, allowing them to see their runner more than once before the finish line.

Tracking Your Runner

Want to know when your runner will reach a cheer station or cross the finish line? Use live runner tracking together with the SeaWheeze Pace Chart to stay one step ahead. Timing mats positioned every 5K capture each runner’s split time when they cross, providing real-time updates on their location and progress throughout the race.

Spectator Tip

A little planning goes a long way. Use Live Tracking to gauge when your runner is approaching a cheer zone, agree on where you’ll be watching (runner’s left or runner’s right), and watch for their bib number in the crowd. Then use the pace chart to estimate their finish time so you don’t miss the celebration at the line.
