Package Pick Up

Start your race weekend by visiting Package Pick Up at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Registered runners will receive their race bib, race kit bag, and important race weekend information.

What You’ll Need

  • Registration confirmation email
  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Authorization form (if picking up for another runner)

Shorts Exchange

Need a different size? Runners may exchange their exclusive SeaWheeze shorts for a different size / style during Package Pick Up while inventory lasts.

  • Shorts must be unworn
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Exchanges must happen during Package Pick Up hours
  • Availability will vary throughout the weekend

Runners who requested to pick up their shorts on race weekend will be able to do so at Shorts Exchange.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can someone else pick up my package for me?

Yes. Another person may pick up your race package on your behalf if they bring a completed Package Pick Up Authorization Form, a copy of your registration confirmation, a copy of your photo ID, and their own valid photo ID.

Will race day pick up be available?

No. All runners must collect their race package during official Package Pick Up hours prior to race day.

What if I forget my registration confirmation?

Our team may still be able to assist you with valid photo ID, however bringing your registration confirmation will help speed up the process.

Showcase Store

The Showcase Store is home to exclusive SeaWheeze product available only during race weekend—including unique colors, prints, graphics, and limited-edition styles that can only be found onsite at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Shopping Information

  • Runner-only access from 8:00am – 12:00pm
  • Open to the general public from 12:00pm – 4:00pm
  • 10 item purchase limit per guest
  • No cash accepted
  • Credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards are accepted
